Copper Pennies as an Investment

At this time, it is against the law to melt down copper pennies. I believe this will change eventually, but I really don’t care if it does. In my opinion, in the future copper cents will be sold for their copper value much like junk silver coins are sold today for their silver value. I’m on track to get about $9 in face value of copper cents out of this box.
